on CD
b. Slide
c. Negative

Dead line for submissions is February 2, 2004

IMPORTANT:
Submissions will only be returned if accompanied by a stamped,
self-addressed envelope. PSH Wizards Publishing
(PSH) will take the utmost care when handling your work.
However, accidents may occur therefore PSH shall
not be held responsible for any damage to said work. If
requested and accompanied by a properly stamped and addressed
envelope your work will be returned to you no more than
90 days after publishing.
